Default Provider for Exam codes

Whenever exam codes get put in we want it to automatically default the provider to the doctor without having to change it for every patient in the ledger Please we need this feature so claims wont get kicked back if we miss one that we didnt change

Attach frequency, limitation, & INS coverage % into insurance maint bar. For every INS group #. This way it will automatically appear in ptx file, plan details & coverage table.
