Eliminate unattached procedures for patients who are currently insured, but were not insured on previous dates of service. They are showing up on the Procedures not Attached to Ins Claims report as if they had ins when they did not.

Need to populate field 25 for codes that are for full mouth, like d0330, d1110, d1206 etc

Ensure information in comments box of dental claim forms is communicated in electronic submissions to insurance companies.

We can add information in advance that we anticipate the insurance company will ask prior to processing a predetermination, then they will have it on hand and not need to send a letter to the office.
