When an entire employer changes Insurance Companies we need to be able to simply change the Insurance Carrier and not add the Employer again

So we do not have the same employer in our system multiple times

View only Insurance benefits breakdown

Pls add Rights to view insurance benefits breakdown w/o being to edit. SOme admin team members need to view insurance percentages but I would not like them to have the rights to edit or delete the insurance coverage.

Eliminate unattached procedures for patients who are currently insured, but were not insured on previous dates of service. They are showing up on the Procedures not Attached to Ins Claims report as if they had ins when they did not.

Need to populate field 25 for codes that are for full mouth, like d0330, d1110, d1206 etc
