Default Remarks for Unusual Services for ALL insurance plans at once

This would be useful to not have to do it per claim and be able to choose to do it by insurance plan or ALL plans.

More room in claim notes

Hi, please allow for more characters in claim notes. I have found out the hard way that once you run out of room it just starts deleting the 'bottom' of the notes, therefore loosing sent info which is needed during calls. cm

Identifying which x-rays and pictures to attach to an e-claim

If we could have an identifying color or mark that the assistants could tell the front desk people which pictures or x-rays to attach to the claim (especially crowns) without them having to show us, it would be appreciated.

Allow "Do Not Bill to Insurance" to be applied to specific codes/fee guides (not all)

Not all Federal or Provincial fee guides cover all codes, requiring manual entry of fee (default is $0 if not covered by the specific fee guide) and then need to check "do not bill to insurance" in Ledger as well. Can this check box be made to app...

Add a bluebook to the coverage table

When treatment planning the fee's come up as the contracted fee with that Insurance company instead of full fee even though the patient does not have coverage for the particular service. It would allow you to correct this issue

more options for secondary providers to choose a rendering provider

We have a practice name that is our default provider and we also have all of our payments going to the practice name. So therefore PROV 1 is the practice name. When we check out hygiene the secondary provider is defaulting to Prov 1(the practice) ...
