Manually change fees on a claim

So we bill our regular fees on all our dental claims, but on occasion we would like to be able to charge a lesser fee than whats on our regular fee schedule. So I would like to be able to choose to make changes on claims before they are sent.

format insurance claims to list each PA xray on a separate line

List each additional PA D0230 separately on the insurance claim form. We have one insurance company that only reads the line as one PA taken and does not ready the quantity box. I am having to hand write these claims and list each PA separately.
