Change insurance plans address in bulk instead of going into each plan individually

Guardian address has changed but there are multiple Guardian plans in the system. Would like to be able to change the address in bulk instead of going into each individual plan? Can this be an added feature?

mass delete of 90+ aged open claims

is there a way that we can due a mass purge of any claims that are still open/listed in ledger as 'esent' for anything dated 12/31/23 and prior? we went thru a change of ownership in July and there are SO many claims that were never closed because...

DISCOUNT PLANS SHOULD NOT GENERATE CLAIMS OR BATCH

although discount plans are tagged to not bill insurance, it still generates a claim with daily batch. I find it extremely tedious to go on the ledger and hit do not bill on every procedure. Reports also reflect outstanding claims for discount plans.

Make it so you can make a pop up for an insurance plan to alert for things like waiting periods, downgrades, or deductibles without having to look at the insurance note.

Maximums

Basic and Major services are the only thing that deducts from the maximum unless otherwise indicated. Changing it manually is a pain and timely process.

Add age next to the patient name at top of screen

The only way to see the patient age, unless we change the view on the schedule, is to go to the family file. Please add age next to the patient name at the top of the screen.

Add frequencies and limitations to each procedure code under coverage table

In coverage table add another row for freq and limitations based on ADA codes-example: D1208 Freq -2x per cal year; Limitations- Up to age 19 D2740 1/60 months; Pan 1/5 yrs. etc, etc
