The only way to see the patient age, unless we change the view on the schedule, is to go to the family file. Please add age next to the patient name at the top of the screen.
It needs to be visible in all areas, not just the appointment book. For example: I was posting a payment made by the insurance which denied a service due to the patient's age. To verify the age of the patient, I had to completely close the claim and open the family file. Then, get back to the ledger to open the claim to finish posting.
You can add it to the appointment block by going to the Appt Book > View > click Edit, then in the right side column that says "Appointment Display Info" there will be drop down options - choose age and it will show on the schedule.
