misc. note panel in chart

I think a miscellaneous note panel in chart for info such as; gags easily, prefers no cavitron, cannot recline, has a parastesia, etc. We should not have to"look" for notes in other modules.

Missing Tooth Clause Alert

We'd appreciate it if you'd make it an option to add an alert to all patients with a missing tooth clause automatically. This would help greatly avoid treatment planning discrepancies.

Would like to be able to tell when a chart has been signed off

At the end of the day, it would be nice to look at the daysheet and see that all charts have been signed off by their provider/s, either by colour or symbol.

Ability to Filter Clinical Notes Count by Provider

The new clinical notes count feature is nice, but it would be especially helpfult to filter the count shown in the apointment book by the individual provider. This would allow doctors to keep track of their individual unsigned clinical notes.
