Digital Treatment Plan with Signature Feature

Please add the feature to present digital treatment plans to patients and accept signatures on those treatment plans. Please also include a feature to adjust treatment plans prior to signing.

Allow Us To Change Font Style and Size In Clinical Notes, Progress Notes, Ledger and etc.

Allowing the ability to be able to customize font style and size would be helpful to users. The standard style and size is not a preference for me as it is small and harder to read.

Tx Plan Case Setup Date does not update

Health History - Put a note symbol on the Health History Alerts

Please put a note symbol on the Health History Alerts. Just like when you are looking at the Health History. If the note symbol isn't there you have no idea if it has any notes attached.

Chart orthodontics and retainers

XLDent has a great way to chart if a patient has orthodontics and retainers. It would be great to have this with Dentrix to be able to chart this when it is placed and remove when it is completed.
