If a tx plan is completed for a patient there is an empty folder that remains in the Tx Plan Case Setup. From that point forward if new tx is entered into this pt tx plan the folder keeps the original date. It would be much better if this date would update when new tx is entered or if the empty folder would just disappear.
This affects tx plan expiration dates. When new tx is entered the tx plan expiration date is calculated from the original, old date. It can be corrected but it seems ridiculous to have to do this every time new tx is entered for a patient.
