you can chart a mouthguard, surgical splint, nightguard, tmd appliance or snoring appliance without covering the crown portion and other charting

Add DOB at the top of the chart

We've heard feedback that doctors would like to have the patient's dob display at the top of the chart. They want to glance over and see the patient's dob and wish the patient a happy birthday if the day is approaching (especially for children).

When going back to check previous clinical notes important things will pop out for easier to read important things if in colour.
