Add a bar that crosses horizontally the apical third of the root of teeth covered by mouthguard

you can chart a mouthguard, surgical splint, nightguard, tmd appliance or snoring appliance without covering the crown portion and other charting

      YES!!! Its 2025 and we need this ASAP! We should have not have to scroll through their ledger to find out if they had a splint/nightguard made!
