Report of broken reports that have NOT been rescheduled

am trying to find a simplified report to contact patients who are due for hygiene; however, when I print the "broken report list" it prints all that have been broken - whether they have rescheduled or not. It is not time efficient to go into every patient chart to determine if they have in fact came back into office for the "broken appointment. It would be ideal to be able to print a report that catches this to eliminate calling patients who have been rescheduled. Can you create a report for this?
