We purchased this practice in 2006. In all of this time insurance plans were added but never purged. we are trying to clean our system but the purge won't offer us plans that are attached to patients. so I had to run a report of all insurance plans and the patients attached to them and I'm manually pulling each patient chart and clearing obsolete insurance plans. is there a way to automatically make the system remove insurance plans from inactive patients?
