The procedure box needs to be bigger. I would like to be able to see all of the procedures at one in the claims manager. It would also be helpful to see what the procedures are and what surfaces are listed on the ledger from that window. Why is the box for claim status notes so big and the procedure code box so small? This exactly! Please make the Claim Status Notes section smaller and the procedures section larger and include the surfaces treated. I have to go into the chart and or ledger to gather all of the basic info needed for the claim. Also, if the subscriber is different from the patient can we please include their date of birth in the information section?
