when pulling the practice statistics report, it doesnt allow you to make any customizations, like seeing just active patients, or patients who have been in, in the past few months, that would be helpful.

Thank you for the suggestion. although this report does not allow customizations, our support team can assist you with producing lists\reports that do contain the information you are looking for.
Please allow greater freedom to create our own custom reports. Invariably what I need is not available with Dentrix.
