I'm not an accountant but as far as I see it, adjustment reductions should be taken out of production numbers; adjustment reductions reduce what should be collected right off the bat. By putting them in with the collections, it make your collection numbers appear more efficient. Or at the very least allow the Practice Analysis to be configurable to show it this way if you want.
I realize it's set up as two categories, Charges and credits, but an adjustment isn't collections.
