Instead of having the Note Icon (music note) on the line for medication, allergy or medical condition - the note should just be readable from the same screen. We often put in the reason why a patient is taking the medication, and would like to be able to see that note at one glance.

Thank you for the suggestion. depending on what version of the software you have, in the latest version of G7 you now have the option to hover the mouse over the note symbol and preview the note in its entirety.
Admin, that is partially helpful in being able to hover. The request to be able to see the whole note would be better. Please reconsider the request. And end users, we often identify the things that will be helpful while we are in the process of actually providing patient care.
