It is frustration to have to delete and readd insurance to be able to submit when there is another plan that does not have a carrier ID (government plans). It adds a lot of unnecessary steps. We used to be able to submit but a few updates ago this stopped. Previously, it used to process through primary insurance and let us know that we could not electronically submit to plan without carrier ID.
