After the update over the weekend, the imaging button doesn't show the x-rays with the intraoral photos taken. You have to click the button to get the photos and they come up separately. Also, when I write my clinical notes & chart existing dental work, I like to click on photos and x-rays to help. Now I can't do that! THIS UPDATE IS AWFUL!!!!!! WE AREN'T HAPPY WITH IT!!!

Unfortunately the new update has caused confusion for our office also. It was easier to view our patients images all in one spot, having the ability to see all images in one spot was beneficial. Please look in to changing the feature back as it is very inconvenient to add additional clicks and tasks. We should be looking at ways to streamline our charts not make it more complicated.
Furthermore, several staff members have complained that there are no longer text labels for the Categories on the Smart Image panel. This is an issue that may resolve itself with familiarity, but it would be nice to have the option.
Also, the one-click "Diagnostic Viewer" within the Dentrix Chart no longer works. Single or double-clicking an image in the Smart Image panel links directly that image to Dentrix Imaging.
Please return this functionality.
Agreed. Version 26.18 has made the Smart Image panel MUCH less useful, as it appears to have removed the ability to view "All Modalities". Instead, you can only view one category at a time, making it much more difficult to parse the patient's imaging history.
This must have been an oversight and should be hotfixed, as this is (as the above poster has stated) "awful".
