With the selected patient, you can open up any of their modules through the shortcuts from any module... EXCEPT the office journal. Why wouldn't the Office Journal's toolbar/ribbon have shortcuts to Patient Chart/Ledger/Document Center/Office Manager/and all the rest/etc!? It seems so strange that it's the only module that you can't do that - seems like an easy and overdue fix...
