The new patient intake form is frustrating. Not being able to add the new patient as an established patient, and now they're not getting reminders from our automated reminder system? Please fix this so when we add a new patient we can automatically just establish them as a patient.

I don't get it - why would you enter a new patient if they're inactive? I have to go back in and change it so they get their new forms sent automatically by our third party.
