Roll back changes for Legacy New Patient Workflow, New Patient Workflow, & the Latest New Patient Intake Process
Customer would like to have a feature to be able to roll back or taggle between Legacy New Patient Workflow, New Patient Workflow, & the Latest New Patient Intake Process
I HATE , HATE ,HATE ,HATE ,the new patient feature . if we have the patient on the doctor side and on the hygiene side one appt is considered NP and the other is established pt . It makes it very difficult and more time consuming to figure it out I HATE the new feature . Please bring the old version back it was perfect it was working so well . Please fix something that is not working well old version was working well .
A BIG problem with the new work-flow is that a new patient is considered as NON-PATIENT until they come for their new patient visit, which could be weeks away but they ARE a patient because they ARE on the schedule.
This NON-PATIENT, setting also BREAKS DENTRIX because Dentrix is programmed NOT to reach out or confirm non-patients. Similarly, 3rd party appointment-confirming software breaks because it is programmed to ignore non-patients so 3rd party software will not confirm their appointments either!
The new work flow needs the flexibility to add a patient without a birthdate because sometimes they schedule by email and we don't have all of the details.
PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD P[RECESS OF NEW PATIENTS INTAKE. THIS NEW UPDATE IS MAKING IT SLOWER TO PRCESS AND LOTS OF ISSUES AND PROCESS. QWE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE IT BACK TO THE OLD WAYS.
