Everything in Dentrix is last name, First name - BUT this new way is 1st name, last name -- WHY?? Also it doesn't make them a Patient and it use to - so one more thing to fix!! If not activated how will PE work for them -- If you don't capitalize their 1st & Last names the system no longer corrrects that - WHO thought all this was a good idea -
