Questionnaires are still outdated and dont allow the dental office to choose which fields are required or allow editing of fields within Patient Information. Home numbers are a thing of the past. Do you actually know anyone other than your grandparents that have a home number anymore? How about requiring a mobile number AND email address? That is the standard now. Also, still not viable solution with patient forms from anyone out there in the marketplace. Allow patients full functionality to sign all required forms to alleviate bottlenecks at the front desk. All forms should be logic based so fields aren't required and or are replaced with other required fields that are triggered by required answers. As it stands, still cant use Questionnaires.

I agree! Make the mobile number required instead of the home number. No one has a home phone number anymore and the text messages reminders are not sent to the home numbers either so its a double fail on the part of Dentrix!

Yes! In the Patient Demographics templates, you have the option of requiring that the fields should be completed -- for some reason it requires only the home number and not the mobile number and not the email address either. It's really annoying to have to verbally ask the pts for these things because they don't fill it out.
