Why has Quick Bill stopped including return envelopes with our billing statements? Not having a return envelope is going to delay payment. Patients have been receiving return envelopes for years and years. It reflects poorly on our offices. It looks like we are trying to cut costs by not including return envelopes. Increases dialogue as to why patients aren't receiving an envelope and it truly looks tacky. No polished business sends a statement without a return envelope. At the very least, give us an option to have them if it's about cost for you. We weren't even informed of this change. I had to hear it from patients. This was not handled appropriately.
Yes, and poor quality. Spoke with support yesterday and the statements will now be in black and white. Not even crisp black, they look photo copied and cheap.
And the quality of the statements has changed and VERY poor quality paper and no color anymore, BUT the lack of envelopes is hurting our collections!!
