Ability to copy and paste completed chart notes to Insurance Claims

It would be very helpful & a time saver to have the ability to copy & paste completed chart notes to the "Remarks" area of ADA claim forms (Box 35) when narratives are needed.

    Can be done using the ctrl C to copy and ctrl V to paste
