Forced updates need to go away.

The last update has forced many database errors. Fix your stuff before it is forced to us. Dental practices are not test bunnies.

    I relate to the poster's feelings, however, as a former software engineer myself, I know what happens on the back end. From my own frustrations with Dentrix, it is actually the QA team (if there is one) that is dropping the ball. I see almost every month when updates are rolled out, that something is broken that can cause Practice wide issues until a fix is sent out.

    Please test your code implementations more before merging into the Main line.

    We can't even make appointments for patients since this last forced update, without it shutting Dentrix down. It is so frustrating!!!
