when an account splits family member and pt has ins. under parent, we should be able to pick the parent without adding parent as a patient. it creates duplicate patients for no reason and takes up space on the computer. makes unnecessary work and duplications.

Thank you for the suggestion. at this time the program is designed to need a responsible party\parent as the head of household. this is working as designed.
