Have the aging report have more things to customize like skipping accounts that have pending insurance claims so we can see the patients that actual owe money and not pending insurance claims
We use the collections report for what the patient owes- only issue with that is it also pulls the balance that is past dies from the insurance.
I agree with this. The biggest fix would be to separate out to insurance and patient portion AFTER insurance has paid. I hope eth fix this!
