Takes so long to load journal notes

Thank you for the suggestion. Some entries such as Payments, Appointments and Transactions cannot be deleted; however, letters, Billing Statements and Notes can be deleted.
You can change the filter settings to exclude certain types or by date range, which would make it load faster. you can access these settings by going to the Office Journal \ View \ Filters \ Enter a date range \ Check Save as default \ Ok.
I change the filter to the current year and only change it to see 2019 or before if necessary. It loads so much faster (sometimes it wouldn't load at all before bc there was too much overload). The journal kinda has its own built-in archive/storage so you really don't have to delete anything if you don't want to unless you need the space. :)
