Absolutely. This forced process where we have no options is absurd. It's not HIPAA compliant (requires admin priv for users or the clinic has to shut down until IT can manually upgrade all the workstations). It's makes everyone look incompetent, especially Henry Schein.
I agree. Everytime there's an update, I am having a hard time using my sensors, intra-oral cameras, scanners; always first thing in the morning on a Monday; like how does this help dental practices function? It's miserable and we seem incompetent in front of patients. Really, really bothersome.
