Currently, when a patient (Mother) calls the office, one of their minor children's names will display on the Pt Engage Live/PhoneSight pop-up. Next to the displayed patient's name, there is a button for the list of family members in the same family file. It would be much more efficient to be able to choose a separate family member from the drop down list AND see their information especially in these particular instances, when Mother calls in but child's name appears, that would be very helpful and continue to save time. Considering most, if not all, minor children share phone numbers with their parent/guardian, we should be able to have that information readily available.
