This was an issue in 2023, but since the last update, we cannot resize the appointment book window (ONLY, all other windows can be sized). The new minimum size is a major pain when you need emails and referrals open at the same time as the appointment book. Please FIX this ASAP!
I already spoke with tech support, this is a 'feature' of the new update and there isn't a work around. This is making us vastly less productive.

This issue is resolved with version 25.4, which is now in a metered release. Thank you!
I completely agree with LaDonna Ashburn!! PLEASE allow us to go back to what the size was! I have a large computer screen, and it takes 80% of my screen. This is absolutely ridicules. The screen I have I was able to have up to 4 different screens up and now I can't even see another screen up. Constantly minimizing the appt book just to see my other important screens! PLEASE change it back!!!!!
This latest so called "Update" of the appointment book view is horrible. I agree w/ another subscriber that said this one is the worst by far. Go back to square one and fix what you've done please. The more I comment of this, the more frustrated I become. I'm constantly minimizing the appointment book so I can see other screens and going back and forth. It's truly ridiculous.
What does "metered release" mean? Our IT guy said we are all up to date with the releases & that there is nothing new to upload. But if this release is being "metered" do you know when we can all expect to be able to re-size the appointment book anyway we'd like to? Any info update would be greatly appreciated. TIA

Well it's the next Release & guess what? You still can't re-size the appointment book!! Surprise surprise. Is there a specific "release #" that will change it back to the way it was prior to February's release?

This is a HUGE problem in our practice and needs to immediately be put back to old way of us resizing appt book. Causing productivity issues.
Who benefits from this update? Locking the screen, makes no sense. Your recent updates have made us less productive and now costing us money. Please FIX ASAP!!
I agree that the appointment book needs to be like it was prior to the update. I always have the Appt. book & the ledger open on one screen together & my other screen is for the internet/emails. Why make it only to resize in the direction that makes the least amount of sense? Kind of like "if it's not broke, don't fix it!" Please restore the appointment book the way it was prior to this update. This "feature" is NOT user friendly & shouldn't have been "updated."
Agreed! This is a horrible update and not conducive for productivity a terrible mistake for Dentrix users to not have the option of resizing the schedule book window!! This is going backwards and archaic. Please FIX this ASAP!!
