We do a lot of implants / bone grafts / membranes in our office and they all come with specific information sticks that include: size, lot numbers, reference numbers, expiration etc. It would be great if we could add a picture of these information tags to the clinical notes for that surgical procedure so all the information is in one place and easily accessible .
