Your update changed the search box for patients and no longer tells you the provider. This feature helped us, now it is gone. Can we please have that feature back, as we dont like to use the old module for search. Was advised to list this as this feature will not be back.

I was hoping this wouldn't be a problem, however it is. We have multiple providers and sometimes patients with the same names. When we search for a pt the provider used to be listed in the search results. Without it, we have to click on the family file or ledger to see which Dr/Provider they see in order to place them correctly. It is an extra step that we did not have to do prior that needs to be put back in please.
Who removed this in the first place. This is very frustrating every day not to see the provider. Also when searching the first name isn't always alphabetical. Why???? They are alphabetical by last name, but the first name isn't (there will be a few in a row, then same last name but skip to another set of different first names that should have been before). Not sure if they're separating by provider since provider doesn't show. Who messed this up??????

This, please. We use the "Search By" to quickly identify which of the multiple providers the patient belongs to, without need of loading up another Dentix Module.
Those who are use Dentrix regularly know what we're talking about.
