I was hoping this wouldn't be a problem, however it is. We have multiple providers and sometimes patients with the same names. When we search for a pt the provider used to be listed in the search results. Without it, we have to click on the family file or ledger to see which Dr/Provider they see in order to place them correctly. It is an extra step that we did not have to do prior that needs to be put back in please.
This really needs to be fixed ASAP! Also when searching if you pause while typing in the name, it goes to a whole other name and you have to start all over. Also.....when searching they don't seem to be in alphabetical order by first name (unless it's by provider, which we can't see, so this makes searching take longer. NOT efficient...!
