Show on teeth charting only the root when charting a residual root tip. Right now, we can't visually see if a tooth is an RRT or not.

We work with an older demographic and root tips are a major condition in our area. Very necessary and needed functionality. Condition and shown graphically in the chart. Needs to be bumped up the list.
