Procedure buttons set should be locked for editing
I spent so much time making a new buttons set and it was accidentally deleted. The procedure buttons setup should be locked for editing so its not accidentally saved with changes made by someone else.
I'd also like to add that if a Button set is modified it shouldn't override the existing button set. The code should just be added to the end. Allowing end user to modify existing set shouldn't put in jeopardy the existing codes. The Button Set needs to be a collaboration effort for good ideas option instead of relying on the Admin to manually update the codes as the gatekeeper.
