It would be helpful to be able to search for a patient by mobile number or any number. Sometimes patients forget to give their name when leaving a message and it is a privacy concern and time consuming to search by cell number without the ability to search in Dentrix. If you use a text-based software, you likely have a work around to search for patients by cell number but it requires you to go outside of dentrix, which is silly since the information is pulled from dentrix.
