Also, being able to reallocate past payments to the correct provider. I've found more than I've liked, that payments were incorrectly posted to the wrong provider and it never fails, always after the fact and once the month is closed out, we can't go back and change it. It would be nice to have an admin capability of going back and being able to change this. I've seen this capability in Open Dental.
