It is very important to be able to actually charge an insurance credit card payment when posting the payment to the claim-the current process of having to charge the card separately, then delete the transaction from the ledger. The icing on this cake is that if the transaction was split between providers- you have to sign in to delete each posting, ONLY THEN can you go into the claim to post the payment to the claim. This process leaves a huge window for human error for duplicate payments being posted and patient accounts getting messed up. 

The program designers need to find a way to allow a credit card to be processed when applying a payment to a claim. EagleSoft users are able to do this without any problem.
