Fill appointment list. This list should be linked to the actual appointment that was marked ASAP if you doublecklick and send you to this patients appointment.

If patient is booking directly online, at the end of the page the button where the patient clicks on should say "BOOK NOW" instead of "submit request" so they know they are not requesting to book but are already securing an appointment
