There should be a place to put why the pt was inactivated. Even if it just automatically put it on the pt's letter when you select inactive and then could fill it in. I'm aware I can create something on the ledger or a pop up but that's time consuming and this software is meant to streamline things.

We always put the reason why in the pt note and copied and pasted it in the journal.
