We would like to be able to chart root tips as a condition, and have a graphic for it. This would be a more accurate documentation of the condition of the mouth, enabling accurate treatment planning.

We work with an older demographic and root tips are a major condition in our area. Very necessary and needed functionality. Condition and shown graphically in the chart. Needs to be bumped up the list.
We have a lot of new patients that come in with just root tips, and no way to chart that root tips or existing.
