I would like to see a way that we can add a time stamp and employee name or number with claim transactions, payments, and sent out pre-estimates. This way offices are able to track employee performance better. From my understanding Eagle Soft has this capability.

I agree there should be a report that shows all that a staff Id has done in a day. Appointments made or changed, claims sent or changedm, statements sent, posted payments, collected payments, etc. This help in checking employees performance. The current audit trail staff report does not give any details on this.
