Would be nice to be able to look at Time Punch Reports and Payroll Reports before I print them. I waste a lot of paper because I can't see the employee notes or reports on screen to be able to catch things that need corrected before I print.

You can choose the option "microsoft print to pdf" instead of the document going to your printer. This way you can save the document and see it before printing
