Patient Engage should have the capability of sending an Use It or Lose It letter / Expiring Benefits Letter. Many of your competitors send a letter towards the end of the year telling patients how much is left on their insurance benefits & if they have treatment remaining in their chart. It would be nice if Patient Engage would also take that criteria and create an automated letter to encourage patients to use their benefits towards treatment before the end of their benefits expiration time (typically the end of the year)
