need the treatment plan presenter to allow the procedure codes and descriptions to be replaced by custom text, i.e. only display total cost of treatment plan with custom description. This is for patients without any dental benefits or patients with benefits but are out of network and therefore, no network fees applied.

YES!!! What I hear you saying is customizing the treatment plan such that individual code fees are hidden and only the total cost is displayed. Need that! Open dental does this!
