We have had occasions where someone emails, or calls to cancel or reschedule their appointment and they show up anyways at the time they cancelled. It would be great if dentrix/patient engage could send an automatic email or text when someone cancels or reschedules their appointment.
It would also be great if these cancellations or rescheduling automatically noted this in the patient's journal
